App and developer details: This Privacy Policy applies to Floyd Rule Expert (com.floyd.app), Floyd College Rules, and Floyd High School Rules Expert, mobile applications provided by Kettleson1 and Dave Systems Inc.

Floyd Rule Expert is a football rules assistant. The app may use the microphone after you choose to activate on-field mode so it can listen for a wake phrase, capture a football rules question, and provide a spoken or written answer. The app may also use network access to send your question to the rules-answer service and return an answer.

Information collected

The app may process the words you speak or type into the app, including football rules questions and related transcript text. The app does not ask users to create an account and does not intentionally collect names, addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, or other account credentials.

How information is used

Information processed by the app is used to recognize the wake phrase, capture a rules question, send the question to the rules-answer service, return rule guidance and citations, provide spoken responses, and maintain app reliability.

Sharing

Floyd Rule Expert does not sell user data. Questions or transcripts may be processed by service providers used to operate the rules-answer service, including cloud hosting and artificial-intelligence service providers. These providers process the information only to provide and maintain the app experience.

Data retention

The app is designed for rules assistance and does not require a user account. Questions and technical logs may be retained only as needed to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.

Children

Floyd Rule Expert is intended for football officials, coaches, and adults using football rules reference tools. It is not directed to children under 13.
